Shipment of your order
Shipping and made in Italy are free of charge. The foreign tariff is €13 irrespective of the country of destination. Delivery is usually within 2 working days after receipt of payment. Shipments are made via UPS courier GLS in Italy and abroad. Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive the tracking number. That way you can follow the progress of the State being shipped from acceptance by the carrier until delivery to the address you have provided.
Orders received and paid are processed within one business day. If you choose bank transfer as payment, orders will be withheld pending verification of payment. Shipments are normally dealt with by courier GLS nationwide. Deliveries are made, barring unforeseen circumstances, normally within 24/48 hours of shipment.
Note: orders received and processed during holidays, weekdays and weekends, are shipped the first working day. In case of cash on delivery, Outletime srl reserves the right to request additional information and/or documentation to the customer, proving the identity of the purchaser,to avoid and prevent problems during delivery and payment to the carrier. As a result of the above, the processing times of orders requiring payment on delivery can be higher.
Reception Of Goods
Upon delivery of the goods the customer must check:
the number of packages delivered match as ordered;
that the packaging is intact and not altered even closing tapes. In case of tampering and/or breaking the customer shall immediately challenge the shipment and/or delivery adding the word "ACCEPT SUBJECT to VERIFICATION" on the delivery document received by courier. In such cases, it is suggested to make some photographs of the State of the neck and send us a copy. The client then must report any damage within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the goods in the manner prescribed by the carrier you choose for shipping and/or delivery and under the terms of the General conditions of sale, posted on our website.
In the event that the customer fails to collect within 5 (five) working days of the goods ordered and in stock at the warehouse of the carrier because of the repeated inabilityà of delivery to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order, the same order will be cancelled and you will be billed for the costs of storage and return to quantify
from time to time.
Oktime returns policy allows you to return the item purchased until 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery. The return is run by Oktime who will book the courier product recall at the address indicated by the customer. The latter must be sure to return the item along with the original packaging, warranty and sales-receipt in the box where you posted the item. The courier will be already in possession of the label and will affix them on the box. "
The costs for the return shipment is free for items whose sale price is higher than €80 while in case of returned items, whose sale price is less than €80, the freight cost is equal to €6.90 and remains the responsibility of the customer. The amount for the return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund of amounts paid by the customer.
The refund will be made as a result of the control of the condition of the goods by Oktime.
Start the return process is easy: you simply send an e-mail to the indiRizzo firstname.lastname@example.org writing in the subject line of the email "delivered" and pointing, in the mail, the following information:
- ID number;
- Grounds for the request for return;
- Collection address of the object;
- Phone number to which the client will eventually be contacted;
- The exact day and time slot (08:00-12:00 or 14:00-18:00) in which the client will be available to receive the courier.
